What is an ascension?
A soaking is a total experience for all your senses. During the infusion, water is mixed with fragrant oils and poured onto the hot sauna heater. This creates a cloud of steam with a pleasant scent, which stimulates your senses and brings you deep relaxation. You begin to perspire and as your body cleanses itself, you feel stress and tension drain away. Our experienced sauna masters are, just like you, guests of Flevo Natuur. They volunteer their time to provide you with a unique experience, whether it is a meditative silence infusion or a spectacular show infusion. Our infusion are not only a passion of our sauna masters, but also a social occasion where guests come together in a casual atmosphere.
Come enjoy a soak at Flevo Natuur
Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and even more often during vacations, we invite you to participate in our infusions. These infusions take place in the spacious Kelo sauna. The sauna masters start preparing the sauna about fifteen minutes before the session starts. Reservations are not required to attend an infusion.
At the following fixed times there is a regular infusion consisting of two rounds:
Friday 8 p.m.
Saturday at noon, 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Sunday at noon, 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Regularly, extra ceremonies are organized outside the above mentioned times. The announcements can be found on the facebook page:"Sauna & Wellness Flevo Natuur". We would like to point out that self pouring is not allowed. We ensure that the infusions always take place under the supervision of our experienced sauna masters in order to guarantee an optimal and safe experience.

Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and even more often during vacation periods, you may participate in our infusions. You do not have to sign up for this. In addition to our regular infusions, we organize special infusion days. On these days the pouring takes place more often than usual, often every hour. The infusions are a little more spectacular and often have a certain theme. A watering provides a total experience for body and mind!
