As a front office employee (m/f) you will make our guests' stay unforgettable. Together with your colleagues you will be the contact person for our guests and will ensure a warm welcome upon arrival. Furthermore, guests can come to you for making a reservation, information about the area and you will inform them about news and fun activities. What we expect from you:
- You are sociable and can communicate pleasantly
- Familiar with Office 365 (including Outlook and Word)
- MBO working and thinking level with a completed hospitality education is a plus
- It would be nice if you have reception experience
- You can work independently but also well in a team
- Do you have a knack for languages and German and English are not a problem? That is an advantage
