About Flevo Nature
Flevo Natuur is a naturist campsite in the middle of the beautiful forests of Zeewolde, surrounded by water, nature reserves, and tranquility. Guests choose us for freedom, relaxation, nature, and a warm, open atmosphere. As an employee, you play an important role in their vacation experience: you ensure that guests feel welcome and can fully enjoy a carefree naturist vacation.
What will you do?
As a Front Office Employee, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You welcome them with a smile, help them with any questions, and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Your duties include:
- Checking guests in and out
- Answering questions at the counter
- Responding to guests by telephone and email
- Creating and managing bookings in the reservation system
- Providing information about the park, the surrounding area, and activities
- Collaborating with colleagues from other departments to provide guests with the best possible service
