Carin's story!
For over 22 years I have been coming to Flevonatuur as a guest and have been working at the front desk since April 2022.
Because of the nice colleagues, guests and the varied work, I really enjoy it. After years of working for myself without colleagues, it is extra nice for me to have people around me again.
At the reception desk, your main job is to answer all guests' questions as much as possible, receive guests and check them out again. For me it is important that the guests have a good time at Flevo Natuur and I will always do my best to make everyone feel satisfied. When it is quiet there are plenty of other tasks that need to be done, where we also often go into the park to take care of something or check something out. That makes it very varied.
If you work at the park you also have the opportunity to use the pools and saunas. So after work just relax in the wellness at the park. I myself use it a lot. Swimming in the morning and enjoying the saunas and saunas.
We are often spoiled with a gift, a staff party and drinks on the first Friday of the month. I have also had the opportunity to develop further by taking courses.
