General conditions of action

• Naturistencamping Flevo Natuur reserves the right, without prior notice, to make corrections and/or changes in the promotion at any time or to terminate access to the site or parts of the site in the manner and at the time deemed appropriate or necessary.
• Despite the utmost care taken to ensure the reliability and timeliness of this action, neither Naturistencamping Flevo Natuur nor the other participating parties are liable for damages resulting from errors, omissions and / or technical malfunctions. No rights can be derived from the information on the website of Naturistencamping Flevo Natuur or the information in the e-mail newsletters of Naturistencamping Flevo Natuur.
• The purpose of the (promotional) action is to promote the products or services which is the subject of the promotional game of chance by providing prizes to participants who have legitimately won those prizes.

• All participants are bound by the provisions of these terms and conditions and by participating in the promotional game of chance agree to the terms and conditions mentioned in the terms and conditions of action.
• For participation in the promotional game of chance, in addition to the usual costs associated with Internet use, no additional fees will be charged.
• The participant guarantees that the personal data provided by him/her during the registration process is correct, up-to-date and complete.
• The participant also guarantees to fill in the data truthfully and completely.
• The participant must be at least 21 years of age or older to participate in this promotion
• Flevonatuur.nl is bound by the contents of these terms and conditions
• By participating in the promotional game of chance, permission is granted to Naturistencamping Flevo Natuurom sending information as part of marketing activities.
• The data required for participation will become the property of Naturist Camping Flevo Natuur and will not be sold or given to third parties. Participants' data will be treated in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
• The promotion period is as indicated on the promotion page/social media post. The winner will be announced via social media and/or personally notified.

• A participant in the promotional game of chance is anyone who has correctly followed the steps of the promotional page/social media post.
• Additional game rules as well as the prizes to be won will be listed on the promotion's website.
• Anyone can participate as many times as they like (unless otherwise indicated on the promotion page), but one can only win once.
• All entries become the property of Naturist Camping Flevo Natuur.

• Prize winners will be notified by email and social media. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and not transferable to other legal entities.
• The prize winner must apply via personal email within 7 days of prize announcement to receive the prize.
• Naturistencamping Flevo Natuur is not responsible for errors or omissions in the email address provided above or for losses, delays or defects caused by shipping or other cooperating parties
• No correspondence can be entered into about the results.
• Participation is excluded for employees of Naturist Camping Flevo Natuur and anyone directly or indirectly involved in an organizational sense in this action.

By participating in this promotion, the prize winner grants permission to Naturist Camping Flevo Natuur to use his/her name for promotional purposes related to this promotion.

• Participants will have a chance to win the prizes as listed on the action page.
• The validity of the prize won is stated on the promotion page.
• For chances to win a vacation stay, the period of stay will be corresponded with the winner. Staying within school vacations or holidays is not part of the possibilities.
• In case of refusal or other reason of non-award of the prize, it will be forfeited to Naturist Camping Flevo Natuur.
• Reservations are subject to availability and can only be made by phone: 036 - 522 8880
• The Prize is personal and non-transferable and is linked to the participant's name and email address.

• Promotion codes are valid only for new reservations.
• Promotion codes may be used once per guest unless specifically stated otherwise.
• The promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes or on our camping packages

• Naturist Camping Flevo Natuur cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from this action.
• Naturistencamping Flevo Natuur cannot be held liable for any damage caused or resulting from its prizes.
• Naturist Camping Flevo Natuur makes no guarantees about the prices to be provided.
• If a prize is awarded to a person who claims the prize by unlawfully impersonating the legitimate winner, the damages suffered as a result will be recovered from that person.
• Naturist Camping Flevo Natuur is not responsible for any viruses, computer and/or internet failures and accepts no liability for inability to participate in the Promotion due to the aforementioned failures.
• Naturistencamping Flevo Natuur is not responsible for the non-functioning or incorrect functioning of the website on the participant's computer or phone which may prevent the message from being sent.
• Naturist Camping Flevo Natuur is not liable for any typographical, printing or typesetting errors.
• In cases not provided for in these conditions, a decision will be made by Naturist Camping Flevo Natuur.

• This promotion is subject to the Promotional Games of Chance Code of Conduct.
• Dutch law applies to this action.
• Naturist Camping Flevo Natuur reserves the right to exclude from participation entries and participations that appear to it to be fraudulent or of undue influence.
• Naturist Camping Flevo Natuur reserves the right to terminate the promotion or change the rules, prices, terms, conditions or information at its sole discretion and without notice.
• No part of the contents of this action and/or publication may be reproduced or published without the express permission of Naturist Camping Flevo Natuur.
• Changes, typographical and printing errors reserved.
