Are you between the ages of 6 and 14 and are you good at building huts? Then this week's Hut Building Festival is for you.

You have 2 days from Wednesday to build your hut together with your team. On Thursday there will be an award ceremony for the most beautiful hut, the most original hut and the best cooperating team! During the building also other activities organized so you can relax. The costs are €5,- p.p.

You must wear good shoes because of nails and tools and old clothes and shoes that may get dirty because of paint (no guarantee that this is washable), also a cap for the sun can be very handy! You can rent a hammer or saw from us for €1,00 and gloves are for sale for €1,00 per pair. (Supplies are limited, so if you have your own saw, hammer or gloves bring them!) Power tools are not allowed!

We'll see you Tuesday at 10:00 am on the Hut Building grounds.

Today the animation team is off. But tomorrow they will be up and running again, fresh and fruity!

You can register online to come and build cabins on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
You can register from 1 week in advance until 1 hour in advance.
You can register by team or individually.

You can choose this during registration! If you do not register for lunch, you must leave the site between 12:00 and 13:00. There will be no construction then.

If you want to register as a team, have 1 person register all participants of the group!

Today is the first day of hut building party. Everyone who signed up for the hut-building party is expected on the island at 10 a.m. today. Please all sign up at the sign-in tables in front of the fence. Even if you already have a wristband and group just sign in so we know you're there! Drinks will be provided, if you join us for lunch then you registered yesterday, right?

During the opening hours of the Flevo-theek, every reading, puzzle or game lover is welcome. The Flevo-theek is located in the building opposite the entrance to the restaurant.

A small fee is charged for borrowing books, jigsaw puzzles and/or games. You can also take out an annual subscription. The proceeds are used to purchase new puzzles and/or games.
Have you run out of puzzles or games? You can hand in the box at location Butterfly 12. It is also possible to donate jigsaw puzzles. Your donation is greatly appreciated!

All children under the age of 16 may participate in So You Think You Can Casting KIDS! In the morning you will practice with people from the casting team and think of a theme for your casting. With theme we mean for example: that you pick a nice piece of music, or that you pick costumes and stuff that you will use during your infusion or that you think of a story that you will tell. Anything goes, as long as it's fun! In the afternoon you will practice in front of the other children. The people of the pouring team can help you. We call this the dress rehearsal. Then we go for the real thing, which we call the main performance. In the sauna all the guests will come and watch you pour. Great fun! And at the end you get a big applause, a certificate and a little present!

Of course, together is always cozier than alone. Therefore, every Saturday at 9 a.m. we go out together. Will you join us? We leave from the reception. Put on old shoes or boots and walk for over an hour. It is freedom-freedom. You decide per walk whether or not you want to join us. In fact, there is always someone who will join the walk. On the day itself we can discuss where we walk to, for example, meandering through the Hulkestein forest or a round Laakse Slenk.
