Useful to know

Welcome as a new owner of a bungalow at Naturist Camping Flevo Nature. Here we give information that is useful to know when you are a regular guest with us. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us.

Reception

Our reception is open 7 days a week, current opening hours can be found here: Opening hours. You are welcome to ask our staff any questions or just walk in for a chat! At the reception you will also find various leaflets and information guides for days out in the area.

Access Key

You have received a blue access key (the sepkey). With this key you can open the gate to the parking lot when it is closed and open dog walking lanes to leave or enter the grounds.

Laundry

Sometimes it takes a moment to do some laundry. Our laundry is open all year round and is located next to the supermarket. To use the laundromat you need a washing drop which you can get at the reception for a deposit. Here you can set up a balance at reception, but you can also do this yourself very easily via the app. Handy huh? You have to bring your own detergent or you can buy it at the supermarket next to the laundromat. An ironing board and iron is also available.

Newsletter

Once a quarter you will receive by mail the newsletter with fun information and facts about the park. For the quarterly newsletter you can also specify a second e-mail address, for example your partner, so that he/she will also receive the mailing. Do you have something fun you want to share with other guests of Flevo Natuur? Let us know, who knows we can put it in the newsletter!

Advance Notes

Normally, we send an advance bill regarding energy consumption four times a year: mid-March, mid-June and mid-September. In December, meter readings are taken and the final bill is issued. On this final statement, the advances are credited and the first advance for the new year is charged. The advances are calculated based on the consumption of the previous year, i.e. the consumption at the relevant location and name. Since you recently bought a vacation home, there has been no consumption on your name yet and a standard advance bill of € 200,- will be created for you (unless agreed otherwise), if you want a different amount we would like to hear from you.

PUUR magazine

Every year we publish our beautiful magazine 'PUUR', the magazine about wellness, naturism and park information on Flevo Natuur. You can pick up the magazine at the reception.

Emergency

Should you encounter a technical problem during your stay, you can always call Flevo Natuur's number (036-5228880). When the reception desk is closed, you can reach the emergency number for emergencies by calling the usual park number and choosing option 2 when voicemail comes in.

In case of emergency:

1. Call 911

  • Answer the questions from the telephone operator. Indicate that you are staying at Wielseweg 3 - 3896 LA in Zeewolde.
  • Also include your exact location at the park and the phone number where you can be reached.

2. Call the front desk

  • For questions or assistance call us at +31 365 228 880. We are here to help you!
  •  Outside opening hours: if the reception is closed, you can reach us at the service number +31 622 107 136.
  •  In case of danger to life: in case of fire or resuscitation, call immediately +31 850 138 369 and state clearly what is involved.

Install the app!

In the app you can log in with the login details we sent you. Here you will find your annual invoice under 'My Reservations' and all invoices linked to your annual pitch under the heading 'My Invoices'. Here you can also easily pay bills.

You will also find in this app the opening hours, the recreation program, you can order sandwiches at the supermarket, book a massage or singing bowls and order online at the catering. Keep a close eye on the recreational program on the app, changes can be made at the last minute (e.g. due to weather conditions).

Propane Gas

It is very important to know that we have propane gas at Flevo Natuur. Please be aware of this when purchasing a new gas stove, for example. If you change your gas equipment please notify the front desk so that a gas squeeze can take place. Also, don't forget to have your gas appliances checked annually! We recommend a fire alarm (mandatory) and a carbon monoxide detector. Our advice is not to take a detector which is for fire and carbon monoxide at the same time. This is because fire should hang high and carbon monoxide lower. Our advice: buy a separate fire and carbon monoxide detector.

Environmental street

We believe it is important to separate waste for the sake of the environment. Household waste can be deposited in a sealed bag in the designated compactor at the environmental street. Paper can be put in the paper bin and glass in the glass container. Bulky waste should be taken to an official municipal dump. We are sometimes asked why plastic waste at Flevo Natuur is not already separated in the environmental zone. Our waste management company prefers to do this itself. To collect plastic waste separately in an environmentally profitable way, it is important that the plastic is (somewhat) similar. In practice, the plastic in household waste is actually very different in type, so separately collected plastic waste must always be extra separated by the waste processor for further processing. Because of this, our waste processor prefers to make the choice to separate the plastic waste themselves from household waste, rather than delivering it separately. They believe they can then achieve better quality in the recycling of delivered waste.

Internet at your place

It is possible to obtain internet on your pitch. You need to buy a modem for this, it is available at the reception and costs once € 205,00 or can be rented for € 10,50 per month. To do this, fill out the form you will find in the information folder you received, or at www.mijnflevonatuur.nl. Then you can purchase an Internet subscription:

  • Gold € 325.50 max. 50 Mbps

License plate

Our barrier works on license plate recognition. Please make sure your license plate number is known to us so you can access the park for loading and unloading. Do you have a new license plate? Contact reception to add this license plate and remove the old one.
