We’d be happy to show you the approximate cost of a permanent site at Naturist Campsite Flevo-Natuur. The costs depend on whether you’re buying an existing mobile home, bungalow, or chalet, or having a new mobile home or chalet installed on an empty permanent site. These costs may include one-time and annual fees.
The basic lease fee consists of the lot rent, any lot surcharge, and a service charge. The lot surcharge can vary significantly and depends on factors such as the size and location of the lot. Utilities
In addition to the annual costs, the actual consumption of electricity, gas and water is settled at the end of the year with the advance payment you pay in advance.
Commuter Tax
As a yearly guest of Naturist Camping Flevo Natuur you do not pay tourist tax, but commuter tax when you live outside the municipality of Zeewolde. You will receive the assessment directly from the municipality of Zeewolde. Read more about the tax.
Payment Terms
Invoices for permanent berths will be sent out on October 31. There are several payment options:
- Payment by December 31
- Payment in 12 monthly installments by direct debit, starting January 25 (2026 surcharge of €170).
Rates for Permanent Sites Include:
- Family: parents with children living at home up to age 25
- Use by family up to 2nd degree
- Plot up to 160 m2
- 10 ampere electricity
- Water, sewer, television and propane connection
- Environmental Surcharge
- Use of all facilities
