Once again this year, the Flevo-Natuur opgiet team is organizing Flevo-Natuur’s only naturist opgiet talent show: So You Think You Can Opgieten 2026. You don’t need to have any prior experience with opgiet. Our very own sauna masters will quickly train you to perform an opgiet for our guests. The winner will be able to call themselves BlootGewoon! Master of the Towel for a whole year.

Of course, together is always cozier than alone. Therefore, every Saturday at 9 a.m. we go out together. Will you join us? We leave from the reception. Put on old shoes or boots and walk for over an hour. It is freedom-freedom. You decide per walk whether or not you want to join us. In fact, there is always someone who will join the walk. On the day itself we can discuss where we walk to, for example, meandering through the Hulkestein forest or a round Laakse Slenk.

Tonight, the island will transform into a cozy open-air cinema during our Summer Night Bios XXL. Come join us for a drink, a relaxed atmosphere, great music, and a wonderful summer evening together.

And of course, it’s not just about the giant screen—there’s plenty of fun to be had alongside the movie. Enjoy the atmosphere and music, meet other guests, and spend a fun evening together under the stars.

As soon as it’s dark enough, we’ll start the movie. We expect this to be around 9:30 p.m.

A sporty workout for the over-45s. Sometimes a nice jog, other times working on your fitness together using a wet belt, dumbbells, or elastic bands. Cost: €2, payable in cash at the activity.

Do you feel like having a good time, an hour of your z(w)ing? Then come to the Recreade for an hour on Sunday and sing along with the Flevo Choir.

The only thing you need to worry about is making sure your bottle doesn't get kicked over by one of your teammates! Bring your own plastic bottle filled with water.

Today the animation team is off. But tomorrow they will be up and running again, fresh and fruity!

Are you between 6 and 14 years old and good at building forts? Then this week’s Fort-Building Festival is just the thing for you.

Starting Tuesday, you’ll have two days to build your hut together with your team. On Wednesday, there will be an awards ceremony for the most beautiful hut, the most original hut, and the team that works best together! Other activities will also be organized during the building so you can relax for a bit.

You must wear sturdy shoes due to nails and tools, and old clothes and shoes that can get dirty because of paint (no guarantee that this will wash out). A hat for the sun can also be very handy! You can rent a hammer or saw from us for €1.00, and gloves are available for €1.00 per pair. (Supplies are limited, so if you have your own saw, hammer, or gloves, please bring them!) Power tools are not allowed!

Would you like to volunteer at the Hut-Building Festival to help the children build their huts? Would you like to help for one or more days? You can sign up online starting one week in advance and up until one hour before the event.

PLEASE NOTE! A maximum of two supervisors per group is allowed.

You can register online to come build huts on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Registration is open from one week in advance up to one hour before the event.
You can register as a team or individually.

There are two options:
Free - No Lunch
€5.00 - Lunch Every Day
You can choose this option during registration! If you do not sign up for lunch, you must leave the grounds between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM. No building will take place during that time.

If you want to register as a team, please have one person register all participants in the group!
Please also indicate immediately if there are any special requirements, such as allergies, etc.

PLEASE NOTE! Want to help as a supervisor/volunteer? There is a separate registration form for this.

Everyone who signed up for the hut-building festival is expected on the island today at 10:00 a.m. Please check in at the registration tables in front of the gate. Even if you already have a wristband and a group, please check in so we know you’re here! Drinks will be provided; if you’re staying for lunch, you’ve already signed up for Monday, right??

Don’t forget to bring your lunch token from home so you can hand it in at lunchtime. Did you finish your hut on time? Then you can decorate it today with paint and fabric so your hut will be the prettiest one.

Always wanted to learn how to dance salsa? Now's your chance!
Every week, we organize a fun and accessible salsa dance class at the recreation center.
The class is specifically for beginners and is suitable for both singles and couples. No experience is necessary, and you can join at any time. Fun and moving together are the most important things!

Can you stay out of the hunters' way? Join in—ages 10 and up.
